Deny Yourself & Suffer

Denying yourself the small things in life can be misery.

In the last few years of so, if you've been reading most of the

information about personal finance that's been flowing from countless

sources you'll have heard about how it's the little things that add

up to big dollars. An example they give would be 'give up your $3

gourmet coffee every morning, or stop drinking 5 cans of soda a day,

and by the time you turn 65 you'll have an additional $100,000 in the

retirement fund'.

I'm not here to defend or attack the source of this information. Nor

am I going to say you shouldn't cut back on the caffeine, everyone

has to make a health choice about their life. What I am saying is

that by cutting out the little sources of pleasure in life, you may

be setting yourself up for suffering and unexpected misery.

The math behind the long-term projections by others who call

themselves "financial experts" is probably very sound. Over many

years, a few dollars every day will add up to a large chunk of change

just as their multi-year projections show. Everyone who has bought

anything on payments knows how a small payment each month adds up to

serious money after 30 years.

Being realistic is one of the keys to saving money. Is denying

yourself a couple bucks a day practical or even the best way to

accumulate future wealth? Is this the most fundamental and best

method you can use to be able to afford retirement?

I say the answer is no and no. While it is a very good idea to be

financially frugal, as in smart, it is irresponsible to think that

one strategy, one little adjustment in the day will improve anybody's

financial situation.

Why it doesn't work like they say

o What money? - In theory, by not spending $3 a day on your morning

gourmet coffee you will be saving $15 a week. In reality, that $3 a

day probably rides around in your pocket until it becomes an extra

candy bar for the kids, or another slice of pizza at the convenience

store. You might as well admit it; $3 lacks sufficient size to be

noticeable by itself, and if you don't notice it being spent, than

you won't notice it being saved either.

o What bank? - How do you put $3 a day into savings? Do you stop by

the ATM on the way to work and make a deposit? No, in fact, most

people stopping by the ATM are withdrawing a $20 or larger bill. If

you do drop $3 a day into your home piggy bank, how long will it sit

there? You have to have real discipline to leave the money there the

next time you have a 'small emergency' and need $10 for the paperboy.

Again, accumulating the $3 a day and making a trip to the bank once a

month sounds good, but in reality most Americans lack the discipline

to make it work. In fact, that is why the American savings rate is at

its lowest level in years - the average man on the street will not

discipline himself to put money away for the future.

o It is denial. - Day-in and Day-out denying yourself of one of

life's little pleasures can be terribly annoying when you have

nothing to show for it at the end. If the only change in your

finances you make is to cut out a cup of coffee, you will be horribly

disappointed when you have no more savings after a year than you had

before your money diet. Just like a food diet where you cut out one

type of food and the scale doesn't back down, when you cut out a

spending choice and your savings doesn't grow, you will be more

liable to throw your hands in the air and declare it to be an

impossible "Who cares".

What I say will work

Allow me to reiterate that simply stopping yourself from drinking

coffee on the way to work will not produce noticeable changes in your

savings account. Instead, consider implementing lifestyle-based

savings strategies you will see your piggy bank over flowing. I don't

have time to go into detail in this article, but when you overhaul

your lifestyle you might be able to have your coffee and save the

money too.

o Are you buying a mansion? - Americans as a whole have been on a

housing frenzy for a while and you have to make sure you don't get

caught up in the maelstrom. The best thing you can do your lifestyle

and of course your finances, is to do yourself right when you buy a

house. You don't need a mansion just because it seems everyone else

does. Buy a house that you can afford early in your working career

and then stay there. Imagine how much of your income you can save as

it increases over the years while your housing costs remain the same.

Again, the key again is lifestyle and discipline. Keep your lifestyle

simple, and have the discipline to put the unused money into a

savings plan.

o Family Matters. - The size of your family is a highly personal

economic decision, rightly guided by spiritual and emotional

reflections. With that said, however, you have to be aware that the

cost of raising a family is increasing at a rate faster than most

incomes. Consider the cost of child care, education, and spoiling

that child because both parents are at work.

o Driven by Expenses - Americans have loved cars ever since they

first came on the market. Unfortunately, the trend over the past few

years has been towards bigger, fancier, and costlier. Why spend extra

money on a new car, with the latest gadgets? Just like buying a

house, decide how large and what style of car you need, buy the best

one you can afford, and drive it into the ground. Many vehicles will

drive just as well after they are paid for as they did before. Stay

in the driver's seat on insurance costs as well, and you can rack up

serious money over the vehicles 10 - 20 year lifetime.

I don't want anyone to misunderstand me; you can save money by

cutting out the little things in life. The problem is that usually

the money not spent on the little things goes into buying something

else. Overhauling your lifestyle can make the little things count and

give you the discipline necessary to hang onto the money.

Even better, overhauling your lifestyle can result in real money for

your savings plan. Go ahead and drink a cup of coffee on your way to

work, and enjoy peace of mind knowing that you can enjoy one of

life's little pleasures after making changes in your lifestyle that

truly will provide for long term financial security.

Leverage Yourself and Build Wealth Easily

"How to get rich": there are few more written upon topics in the history of history than how to get rich. Is Real Estate Investing the Number One Way to leverage yourself and build wealth easily? If you're an entrepreneur who is constantly striving to get to that next level in your life, your business, and your finances, you'll likely agree with me when I say that we entrepreneurial personality types have an insatiable appetite for consuming material on how to get rich, and how to leverage yourself to build wealth easily. As a real estate entrepreneur who writes often on investing, I'm not going to focus on how to get rich in real estate investing with this article. In fact, I'm exploring if there could be something even better for building wealth easily. An even more powerful way to leverage yourself!? Let's see!

Build Wealth Easily?

But despite our best efforts and intentions and goals, that doesn't mean each of us is able to figure out the why, where, who, when, and most frequently the what of how to get rich. Not all of us can drive every vehicle capable of shuttling them to success equally or as quickly as they might another vehicle. That's why I wrote this article. Real estate investing is my passion. Real estate investing can build and keep wealth like nothing else. But I won't claim it's the best vehicle to build wealth easily. In fact, I'm not sure it is!

This article will help some of you see the types of actions and scenarios likely to take someone reading about how to get rich and propel them into a future full of success and sharing with others how to get rich-- just by taking each of these vehicles for a mental test drive.

I believe one of the fundamentals of how to get rich is becoming a master of leverage, learning to leverage yourself by learning and applying systems of duplication and delegation and automation. By using creativity and the creation of value to multiply your results with the systems, efforts and resources of other people and organizations, you can be sure that every minute and every dollar you spend in pursuit of your goals learning how to get rich will come back at you in droves.

In real estate investing, I'm familiar with a lot of these methods to leverage yourself, as you can see from visiting the website -- but what about these other plans for how to get rich?

That brings me to the top 13 ways in my opinion to get rich in today's world-- without having to be someone special, have special knowledge or look like a million bucks-- as I see them, with an emphasis on how much LEVERAGE you have.

How to Get Rich Top 13 Answers

13. Steal the money

Whatever your religious beliefs, or whether you are consciously aware that there is a God or not, stealing money from others is not a great strategy on how to get rich. Humans are hard-wired with a conscience that in most cases knows right from wrong. Few people can live a full and happy life knowing that their fortune was built on robbery, theft, deception, trickery, or lying. It may appear the "easy route" but in the end karma always wins.

12. Winning the lottery

We do not value that which we did not work to earn. Sure it's nice to fantasize about what we would do with a hundred million dollars, or fifty, or twenty, or ten. Some people say they play the lottery as an "investment vehicle". The only more ridiculous statistics than the odds stacked against you winning are the statistics of what happens in the financial futures of the average lottery winner: 4 in 5 are BROKE or in debt within 10 years. How? When you have a paycheck to paycheck mentality (as much of the world does) lottery winnings are just a much bigger paycheck. For most people, as one's income increases so too do the expenses--but faster. Lottery winners who did not have some financial success already are doomed to lose it all.

11. Being born rich

Napoleon Hill once said, in paraphrase, "there is nothing more dangerous than unearned

riches". What did he mean by that? It's a simple factor of human nature that the more we are given the less we appreciate. Or know the value of. Or how to get it on our own. There's a reason predators bring meat to their young early on but later set them loose to learn how to feed themselves. The worst possible position to be in, should you lose all your wealth, is that of never having had to learn how to get rich in the first place. The only reason this is better than winning the lottery is because if you are determined to make it happen, you've already been exposed to wealth-- so you're not mentally limited as to how much you think you can earn. That's a huge limitation for many people looking to build wealth easily, not having "seen" wealth.

10. The professional/corporate grind

Being a regular 9 to 5 employee with a guaranteed salary, benefits, 401k and stock options, and job security is not a negative-- unless you want more than trading your time for dollars, that is! Admittedly, for some people, there's something to be said for the safety of a secure, well-paying job that makes us feel normal. You can get rich just by living below your means and investing the difference-- even teachers who made no more than $30,000 a year have died leaving multi-million dollar estates. This is great if you are patient, disciplined and can wait 30 years-- but it's not MY idea of how to get rich. Nor is ANY job or career exactly so "safe" anymore in today's world of downsizing, layoffs, outsourcing, off-shoring, corporate mismanagement, and eroding benefits. Worse, you're not using leverage here-- no matter how hard you work, you can leverage yourself to a great degree as an employee! You're a cog in someone else's machine as an employee.

9. Unlimited income direct sales

Sales is one of the highest-paying professions in the world. It can also be the lowest-paying

profession in the world. Being a commissioned salesperson with no earnings cap on commissions

can bring in a lot of money if you're good. IF you're good and you bust your hump. And if your product is solid. And if the economy is strong. And if your company stays in business. And on and on. Too much is not in your hands! The main issue though is that the skills that will avail you of a successful career in professional sales can be used much more efficiently when you leverage yourself by using other vehicles to channel your talents.

8. Franchise Owner

2 + 2 = 4 no matter whether you can do math or not. Franchises are set up to be businesses run based on a system already proven profitable. Whether they are as "turnkey" as their promoters claim is debatable, but there is certainly money in the franchise game to be made. It's no wonder economists have labeled the franchise boom of the 20th century as the McDonaldization of business when the average McDonald's restaurant franchise grosses $1.9 Million per year for its franchisee owner. Still, the financial barrier to entry can be as high as a normal business and in many cases even higher.

Leverage Yourself

7. Network Marketing

This one could closer to the top of the list if the opportunities available were worthy to be at the top--most aren't. If you find the right opportunity, however, and work it with a vengeance on a consistent basis you can gain leverage yourself substantially by using other people's time. Unfortunately, most people never find the right company at the right time and make the right choice to take action. Then, when they fail, as 9 in 10 do within a year, they give up never having gotten past the dream of buying into someone's plan to teach them how to get rich--and into the reality. However, for the person in sales who can sell and recruit, network marketing is a better answer in many cases than just conventional selling-- for the simple fact that you're building your own business and residual income streams that will continue whether you continue to work or not.

6. Information Product Sales

Internet marketers of today are capitalizing in ever-increasing numbers on human nature tendencies direct marketers have known for many, many long years. There are some "problems" we have as people that there is NO LIMIT to the amount of money we will throw at the problem trying to find the perfect "solution". The best markets to sell information products to are: (1) Business Owners Seeking Solutions (2) Better Appearance Seekers (3) Business Opportunity Seekers (3) Diet & Fitness Seekers (4) Dating Advice Seekers and 5) Avid Leisure Hobbyists. The best part about information product sales is the low overhead cost to produce the products you deliver, and the high profit margins you can earn.

5. Business Owner

Business ownership has many more benefits than can be touched on in a short paragraph but suffice it to say that if you're not in business for yourself you should be. There is little more fulfilling than being your own boss, and working to build something that might outlast you. The cash flow, the tax benefits, the respect in the community, the outlet for creativity-- all of these things make owning a small business (or growing a large one) a large part of the average human dream. As a business owner, you can incorporate many of these other vehicles in your plan for building wealth easily.

4. Celebrity

Clearly, celebrity sells. There are many mega-millionaires on this planet with no other talent than somehow managing to capture the interest of an audience worldwide (or even regionally) longer than their allotted "15 minutes of fame". Publicity equals better than advertising and advertising done skillfully equals revenue. Celebrities are money machines who can make money in most of the rest of these categories but there are three reasons this is not nearer the top of the list. Despite the number of "what did they do's?" out there , there are many more celebrities who are famous for a reason-- they worked very hard to become the best (or best promoted) at what they do-- be it sports, entertainment, speaking, etc. Secondly, there is a very high barrier to entry to this kind of life, one most people just do not have the look, skills, contacts, nerve, or charisma to break into. Lastly, there's a huge cost to celebrity that would take it out of the top choices of a "best ways on how to get rich" list: your privacy is nonexistent in today's world of celebrity.

3. Intellectual Property

With income streams from licensing to franchising to royalties to patents, copyrights, and trademarks-- creating intellectual property is a serious method of building wealth easily. Musicians, authors, inventors, creative artists, franchisors, entrepreneurs, and high-level marketers are all making tons of money, residually, for many years from work they completed just once. This is a very high leverage activity! Books, music, ebooks, graphic and multimedia designs, software, copywriting, inventions, franchisable sales systems, the list goes on and on. Is this a vehicle you can put into action tomorrow? Not usually! But as you make your way in the world of wealth do not forget to use intellectual property to leverage yourself!

How to Get Rich: Real Estate Investing the Best?

2. The Real Estate Business

It's widely accepted that 90% of all the world's millionaires either made or keep their wealth in real estate. Water is wet. The sky is blue. Over time, real estate goes up. These are simple facts. Contrary to the "get rich quick" infomercials you've seen, though, figuring out how to get rich in real estate investing isn't easy. But it is simple, once you understand the processes involved and actively and consistently pursue the business. Real estate investing is one of the highest forms of leverage we have as entrepreneurs, with savvy investors utilizing not only other people's money, but also other people's time and even other people's credit. The real estate business is full of wealth-building opportunities: foreclosures, rentals, lease options, commercial properties, short sales, tax liens, being an agent or loan officer, investing in notes and mortgages...the list goes on and on! Of these, investing in notes and mortgages is pretty high on the easy scale, getting the benefits of real estate without some of the management headaches.

I obviously believe in real estate investing, but I'm not so sure there isn't an even better, easier, higher leverage vehicle out there for creative entrepreneurs like you and me!

1. Joint Ventures (A.K.A. Strategic Alliances)

Joint Ventures is the best way to build wealth easily. Scratching your head? Well, soon you'll see that doing successful joint ventures to make massive cash with minimum efforts and minimum risk is just common sense. Too bad common sense ain't common! If you can master putting together joint ventures, you can be assured that if you build wealth and lose it all-- you can quickly earn it back. When you master joint ventures, everything you need to get started again building wealth easily is now in your thought processes. It's become as simple as common sense. This is because with successful joint ventures you don't need products or services or inventory. You don't need an office, factory, employees, customers, or anything else traditional businesses need. You just need ideas. Of course, if you have any of these things, it only makes it easier because you bring something even more to the table than your brilliant ideas. The basic formula of how to get rich with joint ventures is answering these questions: "Who do I know?", "What do they have?", and "What do they need?" Then you play deal maker. That's it! Zero risk, high profit potential. The ultimate in way to leverage yourself to build wealth easily.

Reinvent Yourself - Into Wealth, Health & Good Fortune

Want a breakthrough to finally get what you really want and not settle for less? Begin each day from a fresh new place. Let the past go and pay close attention to what you are doing now, and how you are doing it. Once you see yourself as the problem, it's easy to fix. You create either problems or solutions: What are you doing?

Reinvent yourself for a fresh start.

You have a problem when you don't have what you want - and don't know how to get to a solution. Have you tried before and not reached what you really wanted? After several attempts, it's easy to get discouraged - or to decide to go after something less - that seems more likely.

The sadness, frustration and the feelings of failing make it tough to try again - yet what you really want is still desired - and no matter what you achieve, it's not enough - compared to what you desire. That's a recipe for stress and failure: Easy to fall into, isn't it?

"Every great and deep difficulty bears in itself

its own solution. It forces us to change our thinking

in order to find it." Niels Bohr

Try an easy path to find the solutions to creating wealth and/or health. If it's not easy - it's not leading to what you want. If it doesn't feel good - it's not working. Those two facts go against the dominant thinking of the times...but are true.

You are energy as well as physical, and your feelings are the vibrations and attracting power that are delivering results to you - and those results tell you what you are "resonating or vibrating." Law of Attraction is on 24/7.

If you don't have what you want: You're not vibrating what you want. If you're disappointed - you attract more to be disappointed about.

How you are thinking (and feeling) about it - is the problem. Look around you... your home, car, work, friends, family. Now stand up for a moment (this is an action journey, remember?) and turn slowly in a circle - all that you see is "your world" and you are the center of your Universe. This is "your tribe and your truths and what you live."

"You are not thinking.

You are merely being logical." Niels Bohr

Most of your experience is re-living habits of thoughts over and over. Psychology notes that 90% of what you are thinking today - you thought yesterday, and will tomorrow. Habits make living easy and comfortable - but they limit what you can see and experience.

Solutions are the other side of problems - and available for the asking. Everything outside of your "circle" is beyond your awareness - resources that are unavailable to you...because they are not "true for you."

"We can't solve problems by using the same kind

of thinking we used when we created them." Albert Einstein

Every desire and every challenge you face is always and only solved out at "the edge" of all you know...just outside your circle of awareness.... with a new way of thinking and seeing. It is questioning and seeking mindfully: No habitual thinking because it is too new to be a "habit."

What solutions are just waiting for you to notice them? If you want something you can't seem to reach (for a long time) - the good news is there are now many solutions available to you. Each time you "failed" to get what you really wanted - you created more ways to get there. You just didn't go far enough (through the fear?) or seek long enough.

Who or what is new? It may feel strange, and not fit in - good!

* New friend, new hobby, new sport, new social group?

* What rhythms, songs, music, dance?

* New ideas, stories, myths, theatre, spiritual paths?

* Different foods, cultures, travel to new places?

* New clothing styles, colors, life-style change?

* What new wealth possibilities, business adventures or ???

What is at the edge of all you know...willing to lead you to all you desire? Are you willing to follow - and explore? To take a chance?

"Our task must be to free ourselves by

widening our circle of compassion to embrace

all living creatures and the whole of nature

and its beauty." Albert Einstein

Nature and beauty refresh and renew your spirit. If you've failed to achieve what you want over a period of time, you can restore your sense of enjoying life - in nature. Your attitude of "expectant and happy" is the attracting power that will assure your success. Only you can do that for yourself.

Wealth is a social concept - open to others and enjoy interacting.

Open your heart to new friends and new ways to love and enjoy others - and yourself. Can you accept others as they are, with their strengths and weaknesses - and enjoy what you like, ignoring the rest?

Open your mind to new ideas and different ways of thinking. Can you hold two opposing viewpoints - and accept both? Can you be comfortable when others live, dress and think differently than you? Do others of different cultures interest you or do you feel threatened and resistant to who they are and what they know?

Open your body to new physical activities - new exercise, sports and new commitments. Try new diets and optimize your health...explore who you're becoming.

Change old habits, and free your mind from habitual thinking. Ask questions and actively look for answers. When you do, you are planting the seeds of a new beginning - right NOW, as you search. As you feel more hopeful and eager - you are vibrating a signal that is attracting back the wealth and the answers you seek. Look for solutions, and you'll find them.

To have something new - reinvent yourself and become something new-- and watch your world expand and take shape around your Desires. You are the creative power as you seek solutions - what you love and enjoy is the fuel - create your wealth and health mindfully in just this way.

If You Can Change Your Diet - You Can Change Your Life

Why is altering your eating habits so difficult? Changing any habit (smoking, drinking, chocolate, income level, relationships. etc.) requires a new level of thinking. Habits are genetic patterns and are not a choice you made - so to make changes you must take an entirely new approach and act in a new way.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Albert Einstein

Mindful choices or old habits?

You are not thinking when you reorganize old data to prove or justify your current opinion and limitations. That's a recipe for continuing to get the same old thing - and not the health and wealth you want.

Why is it important?

You can't get what you want until you understand how your genetic patterns limit your choices. Only then can you see where you are compared to where you want to be.

All human behavior is genetic, including most habits, talents, abilities and limitations. Genetic patterns are a fact of your life. Ideas such as: I'm a vegetarian or I'm sick or I'm broke or I don't....sing, swim, dance, learn languages...etc. are all genetic habits and seldom fresh decisions.

Make "conscious" changes and everything changes.

Specific behaviors are in your genetic blueprint and are a "truth" for you. When you question, "Why am I doing this?" - you search your memory for the "reason." You can usually find an early event that appears to link to a habit.

For example: as a child you may decide to not eat your animal friends (from loving your pets, in books or movies). That "choice" is genetic. It is different than your family, but you did not think or reason it. It was a spontaneous decision you feel adamant about.

Your decision opened the door to your genetic blueprint and to existing vegetarian patterns. That might be from monastic lives (many religions hold this point of view,) poverty or other situations where your ancestors ate mostly vegetables. There's a lot of history that supports your vegetarian idea. It may limit your wealth in the same way too.

"You are not thinking. You are merely being logical."

Niels Bohr

Once this pattern is "active," and you are a vegetarian, then you look for more reasons to justify your decision. The "reasons" are not thinking nor are you making mindful choices - you are just being logical and explaining yourself in light of your current habits of thought.

Mindful vs. habitual genetic logic.

Compare habitual thinking to someone making a mindful choice.

If someone is looking for better health and more vitality and considering options - they are not justifying a position. Someone with an illness, allergy or dis-ease that sparks a quest to find answers is looking for a solution. The one who is open minded, questioning and considering available information without a forgone conclusion is "thinking."

As you Focus on any topic, Law of Attraction responds with answers and information. You may discover that meat, other than organic, is toxic with hormones and antibiotics. That leads to looking into the conditions around slaughtering the animals...and may lead to the decision not to eat meat.

That decision triggers more information and soon you discover that most shellfish is loaded with toxins - especially mercury...and all fish - except for that caught and frozen at sea - is eliminated.

Changing from meat to vegetarian protein takes time and more research...as you change your diet and explore healthy choices you may discover that turkey is a very safe alternative and okay with your new program. As you experiment, and feel better you stick with it, and if not, you change again.

"Thinking" about a topic is open minded and aware of alternatives ... then experimenting with choices...testing to see how you feel, and checking your results over time. The feeling is "eager and skeptical" and you are willing to experiment with whatever works best.

As you find what works for you it quickly becomes a new "model" of behavior that replaces the old genetic one. The old habits of eating are from your family and ancestors. They are not a choice you made and did not come from thinking and deciding what you really want and what really feels best to you.

"The fastest way to change your consciousness is to change your food."

Yogi Bhajan

Change your consciousness and you change your point of attraction.

Follow your old genetic blueprint until you are not getting the results you want in life. If you are not feeling the vitality, clarity of mind and the lifestyle you desire, it's time to make some changes.

To change the old habits means changing from mindless habitual logic to really thinking and exploring. It also means changing your "self-talk" to your new insights - and that is what holds the new habit in place.

Mindful living is designing - and then getting the life you want to live.

"Courage is the power to let go of the familiar."

Raymond Lindquist

"Thinking" requires that you seek beyond what is familiar to you and open your mind to entirely new possibilities. It engages your imagination to explore potentials. That mental activity attracts back to you possibilities beyond your expectations. New opportunities follow.

If you are a vegetarian now, that may mean considering various forms of protein, including fish and animals as well as food combinations from different cultures. It may lead to different spices and ingredients. A Japanese vegetarian may include seaweed and tofu and other soy products. A South American diet includes rice and beans and other vegetables... and may include chicken or seafood.

If you are seeking the healthiest diet possible - it may include eating far less meat and far more veggies and grains. There are many combinations of foods from every culture that are tasty and balanced for optimum health. If you don't spend time on your health, you will soon be forced to take the time to be sick. Your call.

Changing habits and thinking in new ways yields new results.

If you knew that one food was poison - or you were allergic to it - you would stop eating it, right? Have you "considered" organic food?

You may think you are choosing between organic and "regular" grocery store food. The fact is, you are choosing between toxins, hormones or pesticides: Or not. Organic is not even totally free of toxins as acid rain and fluoride contaminate the water.

Do you think organic food is expensive? Try illness. Organic is the healthiest choice and whatever the cost in dollars - it is saved in medical expenses down the road.

When you make choices (each time you eat and shop) to feed yourself poisons... that is a perfect example of not thinking or reasoning - but rather responding from an old mind-set and habit...one you got from your family and genetics. Contaminated food is a recent development and genetics is just now catching up with contemporary practices. As you seek the healthy choices, that will become a new genetic pattern.

Food Choices and Genetic Patterns.

Food habits are perhaps the most entrenched genetic programs because they are embedded with social costumes, survival and emotions.

TEST: Want to see how stuck you are in old habits? Try eating differently. Omit 3 foods from your diet: fried food, wheat and dairy. Try it for 30 days and see if you can do it - and how you feel. You only make this real for yourself if you take action.

"The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn."

Alvin Toffler

Become conscious of your food habits.

Once you see how difficult it is to remember to do it - you see the "sticking power" of your old blueprint. You will also soon see how simple it becomes when you repeat your intention 10 times a day. That's the only way to make changes. Simple repetition will free you. Write it out, post it up and in 21days it becomes a new habit.

The power in changing habits.

Once you break free you will discover the process - and now you can change anything you like in the same way. Food is a good place to start because you eat three to four times a day and you get many chances to practice. Do it and you learn the process of change.

Real changes (producing new results) are always about living mindfully and actually thinking about who you are and what you want in life.

Once you have been successful at changing your diet it will be very easy to change the habits that limit your wealth and open your life to luxury and financial gain: If that's what you want.

"If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves." Thomas Edison

Change habits every week and you will free yourself from mindless habitual thinking and from being stuck where you are. The more playful and fun you make it - the quicker your results.

Open your mind to questioning and really look for new solutions...look for what is so new it's outside your everyday life. Consider and explore other cultures and also other social levels within your own culture.

Living mindfully is its own reward.

When you follow your passion - it leads to what really makes you happy in life. As you feel better and better and get more and more of what you want - you are Living Your Dream of how good life can be.

Your genetic blueprint is the starting point.

Your own Desires are unique to you and they always lead you to explore. You create a new blueprint as you find the things in life you want to live. Those new habits are created in the same way every time (just like the old ones were created.) Repeat what you want until it "sticks."

"The predominant thought or the mental attitude is the magnet, and the law is that like attracts like, consequently, the mental attitude will invariably attract, such conditions

as correspond to its nature."

Charles Hannel.

The new desire is a seed you are planting and nurturing with your Attention and happy anticipation. It will soon grow, blossom, bear fruit and you will harvest just what you have planted.

This is not new. It's exactly how you got everything you have in life.

The old blueprint can only yield the old lifestyle.

You can do this. Have you made the commitment to live mindfully? Are you ready to design your new blueprint to produce the life you want to live? If you want vital health and wealth - start today.

How to Create Wealth Yourself

Since wealth is considered to mean Valuable Possessions, among other things, we must start looking at ourselves as being very valuable and the real source of realizing wealth. Although most people have been taught, by well meaning persons no doubt, that we humans are a poor, sorry lot and must struggle to make a decent living. The time has come for a review of this type of thinking and ask ourselves:

Why are The Few so filthy rich and The Many living from paycheck to paycheck?
Aren't The Few a poor and sorry lot also, and if so, why are they enjoying so much wealth and abundance?

The idea of being wealthy and living an abundant lifestyle have plagued mankind for centuries. Most people believe or have been taught that you have to be lucky or fortunate to attain a rich and wealthy lifestyle. For those who do not consider or think of themselves as possessing any kind wealth, they try to achieve it anyway they can, or are just content to live a life of distress and want. A lot of literature has been written on how to achieve wealth but most of it always appear to hinge on the notion that you have to save and invest money, no matter how small, if you are to be on the path to attaining wealth and riches. While investments and saving what ever you can are excellent methods of attaining wealth, it must be understood that without the right mental attitude and thinking, you would not experience any significant change towards a really wealthy and prosperous experience.

I know for a fact, due to my own personal struggle to understand how to acquire wealth and riches, that being wealthy and rich all boils down to your way of thinking and belief in one's self and abilities. If you would like to be a successful accountant you must think like one, likewise to be a professional golf or chess player you must have the right mentality which comes about by your trend of thought. Does it not stand to reason that if you want to enjoy wealth and be as rich as you want to be you must first become wealthy and rich in your thinking? Put the other investments, the lotto and other games of chance in second or third place and think wealth and riches. Your vision and thinking must be of a sustained nature if you are to experience the real secret to success at anything. To do otherwise would be like putting the cart before the horse. You cannot want to be a carpenter today and change your mind to become a bus driver tomorrow, then change from being a bus driver to an Internet Millionaire the next day. You would eventually confuse yourself and achieve nothing. Focus on being wealthy or what ever your heart's desire and you would find yourself making educated decisions which bring about your reality limited only by how much you think is right for you.

Keep in mind the saying of Jesus: "Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all else would be given onto you." Your kingdom is within and associated with your thoughts, any change of thought...changes your life and your quality of living. It took me a number of years to realize this, which is now a simple scientific reality and I am happy to share it with you from a personal experience point of view. Beware of wishful thinking too many people give up on themselves because of it.

You are What you think Vs What you Eat

The thinking that surrounds a wealthy lifestyle goes hand in hand with your Health and Well being as well. I have come realize that "we are what we think" having heard this phrase so many times over, but could never really understand the true meaning, I continued to believe that we are what we eat. Then I observed persons who adhere to strict diets and living supremely health conscious lives becoming afflicted with some very unhealthy diseases(not saying that to be health conscious is not important in our lives) while persons who seem not to care, die in bed of natural causes at a ripe old age.

I was truly baffled and decided to do some detailed research, only to discover, without a doubt, that their thinking had almost everything to do with their present-and-past, rich- or-poor, healthy-or-unhealthy, good-or-bad lifestyles.

That you attract to yourself the conditions you continually think about is another proven scientific fact.

Self Improvement Success Tips to Ponder

You cannot:

Hope to be wealthy and continually think of poverty.
Hope to be healthy and continually think of sickness.
Desire to be attractive but think of yourself as ugly.
Know love when you continually think of hate.
Be happy when you continually think of sadness.
Be abundant when your only focus is lack.

Using your most "valuable possession" (YOURSELF) you must be what you strongly desire to be and nothing else, until it is achieved. If you are not satisfied with who you are.. you have the power to make that change. You can also look for a highly recommended entity as an option, to assist you in understanding more about your power to create wealth yourself and and how to deal with change in your life.

I hope that you get the picture of "how to create wealth yourself" and the importance of staying focus and having faith in a persistent You. Any positive action taken, no matter how small, would surely produce a welcome change in your life forever, the sooner you start the better, but do not expect overnight success. Be patient with yourself because what has already been learned and is causing you pain or lack, has to be replaced by the new vision of yourself. I wish you all the Happiness and Success.

How to Develop the Urge Toward Wealth

Wouldn't it be great to instill in myself the urge toward wealth? What if I instinctually made choices every day that propelled me toward a complete and total wealth experience?

There are many things that I instinctually do. I instinctually brush my teeth everyday. I instinctually bathe and clothe myself everyday. I instinctually eat healthy food everyday.

These are all very good habits. But, what about those habits that are not so good? Hmmm...let's see...one of my favorite indulgences is Diet Dr. Pepper. Recently, I realized that when I get in my car, I instinctually feel the urge to stop by a convenience store and buy a Diet Dr. Pepper. It doesn't matter how far I'm going or where I'm going. Whenever I get in the car, I feel that urge and I often act on it.

I first noticed this compulsion (and that's the best way I know how to describe it: a compulsion) after I followed David Bach's advice and identified my latte factor. To avoid embarrassment, I won't reveal the size of my latte factor. But, let's just say, my latte factor gives me more than enough cash to play the stock market daily.

Where did I pick up this habit? How long have I been compulsively buying Diet Dr. Peppers whenever I get in my car?

As a child, we didn't keep unhealthy snacks in the house. My mom was adamant about only keeping fruit and other healthy items in the house. But, as a treat, she would stop by the local convenience store and allow us to buy a soda or other treat on our way home from school.

Twenty+ years later, I instinctually buy "a treat" from the local convenience store. I don't keep snacks in the house but every time I get in my car, I allow myself "a treat." Over the years, the "treat" has changed. It's gone from a bag of M&Ms to chips to granola bars to sodas to diet sodas. But, while the treats are healthier, I still get "a treat" every time.

As I thought about it further, I realized that the compulsion wasn't so much for a Diet Dr. Pepper, as it was a compulsion to buy a treat from a local convenience store. For example, I've gone "cold turkey" before on sodas, but that didn't stop me from buying "a treat" from the convenience store. So, instead of sodas, I bought a pack of sugar-free gum.

I talked to one of my brothers the other day and learned that he does the same thing. He and a co-worker were readying for a road trip. Before they left, my brother hopped over to the local convenience store to load up on snacks. When his friend didn't buy anything, he asked him, "don't you want something for the road?" And, the friend responded, "Naw, I don't need it."

We laughed about how, as adults, we habitually do things we learned to do as children. Unknowingly, our parents instilled in us the idea of buying snacks from a convenience store as a daily treat. Now, as adults, we spend a significant amount of money in convenience stores without even thinking about it.

What if we had that same compulsion toward wealth that we have toward buying a snack? The Money Poems as a 7-day program is a tool that we did not discover until we were all adults and it has changed our family tremendously. But, how differently would our lives look if we had built a wealth mindset since we were children?

Everyday, for so many years, we went to the local convenience store to buy a treat. What if, everyday, for so many years, we recited the poem of the day?

The payoff of a daily ritual is powerful.

What do you do on a daily basis? Which of your daily habits were given to you as a child? Do those habits serve you? What if you chose a new habit and persisted with it everyday? What kind of payoff could you expect in 1 year? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years?

Over time, the things we do most often are the habits that become a part of our subconscious behavior. Eventually, we say things like "It's just who I am."

Today, you can begin to build an urge toward wealth. Every day, over an extended period of time, you can gently suggest to yourself that wealth is your birthright. Put reminders around you that communicate that unlimited wealth exists for you. Get a daily set of affirmations and habits that remind you that unlimited wealth is within your grasp.

Remember, I don't have to think about going to a convenience store to buy "a treat." I've been doing it for 20 years. It's automatic behavior for me now. No one beat this concept into me. Rather, it was gently suggested every day over an extended period of time.

True Holistic Wealth Creation

Abundance of positive energy in every part of your life is the prime characteristic of holistic wealth creation. Holistic wealth maintenance in life means you constantly sustain abundance, effulgence, harmonious bounty and flow in every area of your life experience.

So to create an holistically wealthy life, take a good look at all areas of your experience that may be draining your life force energy or that fail to boost your joy. When you lose balance, you lose power. When you lose power, you become more susceptible to negative thoughts, your immune system gets sluggish and you may not be able to cope, emotionally or physically, with even small challenges as they inevitably show up in your life.

Your whole human being is a beautiful, complex interactive system of energies. Every cell in your body relates to and affects every other cell. This reflects the holographic nature of your body, mind and spirit. What transpires in one part affects all parts.

You can maintain physical health only to the extent you are energizing all aspects of your body, mind and spirit. Consider the physical needs of the body first. Your body is a complex organism made up of life sustaining cells, which, like all living things, require food for nourishment. To best feed those cells eat high energy, life giving foods. Food of light density and high in water content will be most easily assimilated by your vital organs. Fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, high in fibre, water and vitality are an essential part of a balanced diet and will promote your optimum physical well-being. Our physical well-being directly supports the higher aspects of who we are: mental, emotional and spiritual.

If you find yourself emotionally stressed, for whatever reason, prepare a meal high in water and fibre. We need both, to reduce acidity and aid in elimination of toxins. Toxins build up as emotional stress builds. Deep breathing can certainly help dissipate the tension caused by emotional turmoil, especially when you focus on deliberately exhaling with a full out breath. Of course you have to breathe in, but with the focus on the out-breath, you can release tension, negative emotional energies and find immediate relief to just about every emotional challenge or stress. This sense of relief gives us space to move forward and treat the deeper causes of our stress and negative emotions and feelings.

Emotional balance combined with optimum physical health securely supports our self-esteem, the basis of creating our life with power and success. With holistic balance in the physical body, emotions and feelings, and a degree of financial abundance, we will be well disposed to create loving and supportive relationships.

Making small but significant changes in emotional attitude, in self trust, in how we treat our body - with balanced diet and exercise, will enable us to create the holistic wealth we desire. Learning to maintain balance, through the good times and the challenging times, is a skill not only worth striving for, but is essential for our evolutionary growth.

We have unlimited resources for creating this holistic balance and abundance. Thomas Troward once said: Where we are drawing from the infinite we need never be afraid of taking more than our share. That is not where the danger lies. The danger is in not sufficiently realizing our own richness, and in looking upon the externalized products of our creative power as being the true riches instead of the creative power of spirit itself.

Only you can decide to become the highest expression of who you know you can be. Make this your daily quest above any other.

Does Your Wealth Determine Your Health?

Wealth doesn't necessary bring good health. But there's an obvious correlation, and maybe you've noticed it. While it's true that most successful persons tend to show greater concern for their health than those who are further down the economic ladder, we do have numerous evidences around us proving that there are exceptions. But the good news is that you can achieve both-health, wealth and all the happiness that come with having both. Indeed, true satisfaction in life only comes when we have a reasonably fat bank account and the good health to enjoy it, don't you agree?

I'll use this short article to point out several simple, easy-to-do changes we can all make in our daily routine to help us achieve good health and reasonable wealth. And it won't be the things you're used to hearing!

The first thing to note is that it makes financial sense to take good care of your health. The moment you start making deliberate efforts to look after your body, you'll soon begin to feel better with yourself. That feeling in turn energizes you and affects all areas of your life. People who eat healthier diets surely have healthier bodies and mind.

In turn, a healthier mind is better able to concentrate on important things-including your business or finances. Isn't it true that we find it hard to think straight when we are bugged down by nagging ailments? At such times, your health becomes your major focus. And how do you suppose it affects your approach to business matters? They take the back seat, and your finances suffer!

That's on the one hand. On the other hand, unhealthy diets also affect your finances in other ways. Typically you spend extra bucks each day on junk foods and super-size helpings, which only pile up excess calories and lots of lost income in the course of several decades. If only people could' have saved those six to ten bucks spent on junk foods each day and invested them at 5% interest per annum! They'll be richer at retirement, and what is more, they'll have leaner bodies and fatter bank accounts!

Did we mention the extra medical costs that accompany unhealthy eating habits? Let's not even get started. There is overwhelming evidence that overweight individuals and all those who don't take health and wellness seriously tend to have more doctor visits, take longer to recover from illness, and naturally pay more medical bills. You surely know that overweight and obese people cannot get inexpensive life insurance coverage, don't you?

You can change a lot about your health and finances by adopting a sensible nutrition and wellness goal. It could be as simple as drinking 6-8 glasses of water each day to ensure you stay hydrated and guarantee your liver and kidneys have enough fluid to aid filtration of impurities. Also, eat smaller portions but several meals each day. Select most of your snacks from fresh fruits and nuts, vegetables too. Weave in fitness routine throughout the day, such as by starting your day with brisk 10-minute workout, or press-ups, or power walk.

Studies show that larger people generally make less money than their trimmer peers. And the reasons are many. Taking care of your body now will lead very soon to better finances. So, even if money were your only reason for caring about health and wellness, then I hope this article motivates you to take action now. Having less money due to health issues you could have prevented just doesn't make any sense. Plus, when you do achieve financial success, it's sweeter when you're healthy!

Diet is a very important factor for the survival of a People. A good diet is based upon the organic elements that give and sustain life. Daily Nutritional Cleansing is the key to your good health. Many people take the human body and its functions lightly. They do not consider what they consume as having a direct and permanent effect on the quality of their overall health. Remember you are what you eat.
